Lovers Lane Property and Holy Spirit Property
Living Hope owns 86 acres on Lovers Lane Property that was purchased in 2003 and originally intended for relocation of the church facilities. However after the adjacent HSCC property became available in 2007, Living Hope approved the purchase of the HSCC and subsequent expansion of current facilities to include the existing HSCC campus and buildings.
The Property Liquidation/Acquisition Team is evaluating all sale options. It will recommend to the Building Steering Committee the appropriate plan for selling the property. The Building Steering Committee will recommend to the elders and trustees a liquidation plan, which would then be brought as a recommendation to the church body for a final vote and approval. No definite timetable has been set for this process.
